[GSoC] Progress Report no.2: Resource reservation framework port to RTEMS

Hi,

Currently, a couple of patches for merging the EDF scheduler into RTEMS 
is being prepared. The scheduler requires a few changes in the Pluggable 
scheduler interface which also affects the other schedulers. Moreover, 
some changes in rbtrees were necessary. The EDF scheduler will show up 
in CVS within a couple of days.

Moreover, the extension of EDF into a Constant Bandwidth Server (CBS) 
will become another RTEMS scheduler. This scheduling policy is more 
complex and its aim is to provide a property of task isolation. Thus, 
the scheduler not only takes into account deadlines but also allowed 
computation times. This scheduler is in a working stage soon it will 
become ready to merge.

Next steps will be a lot of testing for both coverage and performance.
