Can't reproduce on neither Fedora 14 nor 15,
using the rtems-4.11-lm32-rtems4.11-gcc-4.5.3-5 rpms.

What I also do not understand is you telling us to be using the rpms and 
at the same time telling us to be recompiling.

I'd guess you either have some broken customisations applied or you are 
not "rebuilding" correctly.
