Problem with LD and Eclipse plug-in

That's at least one of the problems.  You need to be using RTEMS 4.10 
with the 4.10
tool chain. You need to match tool versions.

But if looks like you haven't instantiated an RTEMS configuration.
Look at one of the simple hello world examples to see an include
of <rtems/confdefs.h> and some of the CONFIGURE_xxx constants you
might be interested in.
