"quit" in shell panics

Hello,

I removed the "exit" and "quit" alias to the "fatal" command in the monitor 
command list.  You can still use the "fatal" command to call 
rtems_fatal_error().  The "exit" and "bye" command will break the shell loop. 
The "quit" command is not available.
