I have read this page and it is useless for my purpose.
I am not sticking on Ubuntu - it is just distribution I am using.
Not a problem to use centos but will be easier to use ubuntu.
I don't do statistics but ubuntu is quite popular Linux distribution which
probably should be supported.
Definitely won't use bsd, mac, windows.
About patching toolchain. I would expect that all patches are merged
to mainline and it is possible to use it.
That specbuild looked good to me but maybe I expected that it will just work.
