Fwd: Google Summer of Code 2012 Announced

Hi,

Google Summer of Code 2012 has been announced.

We will need to ensure that our open projects and supporting
material are up to date and correct. I know that includes the
following:

+ Open Projects - http://wiki.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/Open_Projects needs
updating and new projects.
+ General Intro and links -
http://wiki.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/RTEMSSummerOfCode
+ Git Information - Instructions in other places are likely to be
referencing CVS still.
+ rtems.org top still has links to CVS - Chris and I will have to get this
one.
+ New Virtual Machine - Makes life easier for students. I will be creating
this.

Please pitch in to help get the RTEMS Project ready to apply.  There is
just some general housekeeping to be done. If you can fix a CVS reference
or update a wiki page, that would be awesome. If you spot something you
don't have permission to do, just report it.

Google Summer of Code is as productive as we make it. We have had some
great contributions from it.
