BSP for some processros

Greetings,

I would like to know if somebody could say if there are BSP's for MCF5207,
MCF5208, MCF5271 and SCF5250. I check "/c/src/lib/libcpu/mk68" and
"/c/src/lib/libcpu/powerpc" of ".tar" that were downloaded from
www.rtems.com/ftp/pub/rtems/4.10.2, so I could not find any folder of it.
