There are no Fedora 14 RPMs.

ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/linux/4.11/fedora/14/i386 is a
symlink to epel5.

It is meant to provide "legacy convenience" for people who could not
affort upgrading to a newer Fedora version, when Fedora 14 went end of
life. Meanwhile Fedora 15 also went out of life, so ... it's due time to
remove the "Fedora 14" legacy symlink ;)

Correct. python support in gdb is disabled in all gdb-rpms, because
cross-gdb's up to 7.4.1 (The shape of 7.5/7.4.9x is yet unknown)
have had a lot of problems with it and because there are unresolved
python related packaging issues.

Good luck ... building gdb is far from being trivial. It's by far the
most complex tool to build of the RTEMS toolchain.
