No GDB file

Is powerpc-rtems4.11-gdb in your PATH?

This is just a script that wraps gdb. It writes a device file and 
invokes powerpc-rtemsXXX-gdb
with the appropriate arguments.

That is how you found psim and psim-gdb. Where is powerpc-rtems4.11-gdb
