Ann: Changed date for RTEMS open class in Munich/Germany

Hello,

two weeks ago I have announced the next RTEMS open class in
Munich/Germany for June 2013. Unfortunately we had to shift the date by
two weeks, so the class will take place in the time of

		June 25 - June 28 2013.
