confused about the rtems tool chain for windows.

Tom,
I had this problem just a few hours ago. The zero byte files are WinZip or
7zip not extracting from the tar archive correctly.
I extracted the outer archive first then the tar and it was ok with 7zip.
Its not a tool chain issue.
