I have switched the Source Builder to support EBAI under the 
arm-rtems4.11 tool name. If you pull the git repo you will get this 
change. Instructions are:

  $ git clone git://git.rtems.org/chrisj/rtems-source-builder.git
  $ cd rtems-source-builder/rtems
  $ ../source-builder/sb-set-builder --log=l-arm.txt \
       --prefix=$HOME/development/rtems/4.11 4.11/rtems-arm
