There were several build errors acting.

* F19 ships texinfo >= 5.0.
This alone breaks many packages (e.g. RTEMS < 4.11, gcc-4.8.0,
gcc < 4.7.2).

* Building GCC-4.8.0 iced for arm-rtems4.11. I don't know the cause, but 
would guess the target tuple change was incomplete in gcc-4.8.0.
Switching to gcc-4.8.1 fixed this

* GCC-4.8.0 in general failed to build on mingw.

Anyway, I consider the target tuple change to be a silliness and DO NOT 
SUPPORT IT and do not want to look back into it.

You just should be aware, you caused me to waste time on this stuff and 
that this thread is a direct consequence of your decison - Sebastian!
