GSOC13:Beginning with RTEMS

Hi,

If you follow the instructions at
http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/Virtual_Machines_for_RTEMS_Developmentthen
you can configure / build and run the image on the SIS simulator
pretty easily, I've done it myself.
