RTEMS on GitHub back online

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce that once again rtems.git is being mirrored on
github at https://github.com/RTEMS/rtems There were some issues with
our automated pushing, which Amar has resolved.

Patches emailed to rtems-devel is still preferred for contributing
code, but large changes may be efficiently reviewed in a forked GitHub
pull request. We will be using GitHub to track student work in this
summer's GSoC, as we did last year.
