STM32F4 discovery makefile

Sorry in last message I've made an error in the structure
The example is:
 hello_c
  |--lib
  |     |--say.c
  |     |--say.h
  |     |--Makefile
  |--src
  |     |--init
  |     |--Makefile
  | --Makefile
