undefined reference to `pthread_setcancelstate' error while building rtems 4.11 with samples.

I used the following configure options (before 'gmake') for RTEMS 4.10.2
on Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) 64-bit, and it works well.

../rtems-4.10.2/configure -target=powerpc-rtems4.10
-prefix=/opt/rtems-4.10.2 --enable-cxx --enable-rdbg --disable-tests
--enable-maintainer-mode --enable-networking --enable-posix --enable-itron
RTEMS_CFLAGS=-g -enable-rtemsbsp=mvme5500

gmake RTEMS_BSP="mvme5500

You should delete the old build directory, and restart a new build.
