rtems-hello-multiple baudrate problem

Dear all,

We have compiled the rtems-hello-multiple.c example, 
with the RTEMS 4.10 version, and succesfully upload it to the AT697 
board installed in a RASTA 101 system. 
The example sets the serial port baud rate to the default value (38400 bps);
we
 tried to set the baud rate to any other value, the example is compiled 
without errors, but the modifications are not performed: the messages 
are received in the console to 38400 bps.

Could anyone help us with this problem?
