I don’t use binary packages: my CPU only “like” mongoose R3000 (have some specific bugs) and I patch he bugs in patched as.exe (custom patched binutils).
I download source from http://www.rtems.org/ftp/pub/rtems/mingw64/4.11/i686/rtems-4.11-mips-rtems4.11-gcc/
and newlib 2.0.0 http://sourceforge.net/projects/devkitpro/files/sources/newlib/
patches in github rtems-tools
If this mistake, please send my correct downloads paths (or archive with needed source code and patches for mips CPU)
