Window Tools was Re: Latest RTEMS without posix support

What does mips-rtems4.11-gcc --version say? My sparc toolset says

$ sparc-rtems4.11-gcc --version
sparc-rtems4.11-gcc (GCC) 4.8.2 20131016 (RTEMS
4.11-RSB-dac3a03c03c659f23bf199b65ff126e1aad1da5c-modified-1,gcc-4.8.2/newlib-2.1.0)

I am suspicious the windows tools are out of date.
