what is the relationship between github.com/RTEMS and git.rtems.org ? thanks

I found the following information in wiki, but the github.com/rtems  do not reflect the most recent  changes ,  for example, the rbtreeinsert.c was modified in git.rtems.org 7 days ago, but the changes can not be found in github.com/rtems:

RTEMS has a dedicated Git server. The machine runs cgit to provide a web interface to Git, the Git protocol for direct read-only access and ssh accounts for those with commit access. The configuration is standard with two hooks currently used to send commit details to the rtems-vc at rtems.org mailing list and to synchronize with the github mirrors
