source builder issue (unstable: expat-2.1.0-1 missing)

rtems-testing/sim-scripts hides the variances in a lot of simulators. It
also makes
it much more consistent to invoke one to run a test.

Chris Johns has started a new generation of the same idea in Python. It
has better
support for automating testing on real hardware but doesn't support as many
BSPs or features yet.
