How to build SMP RTEMS?

The Xilinx Zynq (support for network) and Altera Cyclone V (support for 
network, SD/MMC Card, USB) are an option. Boards using U-Boot and an 
Cortex-A9 MPCore should be easy to support. For peripherals I would 
choose a system that is supported by FreeBSD, since its easy to use 
drivers from them (libbsd).
