rtems build and tsim-leon3

I'm try to run using grmon.

grlib> load ~/hello.exe

but, it seems same error 'IU in error mode'

Should I re-build for leon3 ?
or did I mistake when I build that..?

I followed this procedure:
bootstrap
configure (--enable-rtemsbsp=leon3)
make
make install
