You should read about the recent reorganizations which has
moved WRS under the IoT group. I think they kept WRS at
arm's length until this. I have seen a couple of
presentations from them and perceive a shift.

Disclaimer: Aside from the IoT move, the rest is my opinion
and I won't speculate more publicly.
