RSB: Continue from where interrupted

Hi,

I'm using RTEMS Source Builder to build the tools for RTEMS 4.11/Kubuntu.
However the build failed when building gdb. I tried to resolve the error
and continue the build process but RSB tries to build all the tools again
(just skipping download phase).
I'm wondering if "make" is being used under the hood, why the build process
starts over and is there any way to avoid this and continue build from
where interrupted?

I'm invoking "sb-set-builder" to build the tools.
