There were several archives under the prefix:

./arm-rtems4.11/lib/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/eb/thumb/armv7-r/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/eb/thumb/armv7-r/vfpv3-d16/hard/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-r/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-r/vfpv3-d16/hard/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-a/neon/hard/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-a/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv6-m/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-m/librtemscpu.a
./arm-rtems4.11/lib/thumb/armv7-m/fpv4-sp-d16/hard/librtemscpu.a

I deleted all of them. Looks like an earlier multilibs build placed the
compiled archives too high in the prefix tree.
