Network problem for altcycv_devkit

You will find the macro in bsp.h. If you have already installed the altcycv_devkit BSP when building rtems, then you can find it under:

<RTEMS_INSTALL>/arm-rtems4.xx/altcycv_devkit/lib/include/bsp.h

Otherwise, in the source itself:

<RTEMS_SRC>/c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/altera-cyclone-v/include/bsp.h
