Network problem for altcycv_devkit

Hi Adit,

I have the file 
../rtems/bsps/4.12/arm-rtems4.12/altcycv_devkit/lib/include/bsp.h, but 
doesn't have the macro, neither in the source file 
rtems/rtems-gig/c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/altera-cyclone-v/include/bsp.h.

Attach is the bsp.h file that I have.
