RTEMS Source Builder simplifies/scripts the procedures to build the
toolchain using as much as possible the upstream (gcc, newlib,
binutils, etc) sources. RTEMS needs some customization in the compiler
to add the -rtems target. Since support has never been added for v8,
there will not be any such compiler support available yet. So the
first step has to look at adding that support:
