just use the leon3 BSP and build it with the --enable-smp option.

I would use the current RTEMS master (RTEMS 4.12) for SMP.

Several drivers are broken on SMP (console and clock driver work if you 
don't use the driver manager). I am not sure if Gaisler fixes them.
