Unknown type rtems_termios_handler

Hey Guys,

I'm tryping to port rtems to a new bsp. I read the guide:
https://docs.rtems.org/doc-current/share/rtems/pdf/bsp_howto.pdf
I'm running into errors that the symbol rtems_termios_handler is not
defined. Is the documentation too old? Is there a documentation about
console_fns or should I just copy the source from another bsp? As I
would need this for a scientific work I need to know where to cite from.
