    Yeah,  I looked  the fs_test, but it is  only  application,  there is  not  the  norflash  device  driver  demo.

Not that I know of. I suggest you take a look at the testsuite/fs_tests
for examples of using the JFFS2.

Writing a flash driver depends on the type of flash and how it is
connected to the processor.
