RTEMS 4.11.2-rc3 Release

It looks like I am using python 2.7.5 - I can try it again with python3.

I’m not sure what your examples below are showing.  I looks like you aborted them after the first successful download of the autoconf tools.
In my trial the first several download/build phases worked fine. It was not until it got to rtems-tools that it failed.
I just looked like at at that point, it lost the “rc” from the search path.
