Building the RTEMS kernel

Hi Chris,

I did another clean RSB build.  I spotted the following two lines near 
the bottom of the build trace, verifying your claim that the kernel is 
built by RSB (on Windows anyways):

downloading: sources/rtems-4.11.2-rc4.tar.xz - 7.2MB of 7.2MB (100%)
building: sparc-rtems4.11-kernel-4.11.2-rc4-1

The "kernel build" that I was doing before apparently built the RTEMS 
examples (at least I found a copy of hello.exe after a build) but the 
RSB build apparently does not build the examples.
