RTEMS Source Builder error

[Jiri Gaisler]

My fault. gaisler.org is down and I cannot fix it until next Monday. I
have put up a temporary copy of the patch at this path:

http://gaisler.se/gdb/gdb-8.0.1-sis-leon2-leon3.diff

There should be a ticket to move this patch from my (unreliable) server
to the RSB tree..
