Did you put the RTEMS bin directory at the front of your PATH before you
ran bootstrap or sb-bootstrap? Make sure your PATH picks up the RTEMS
version of autoconf.
How did you configure?
Did you make a "build directory" separate from the source tree?
Just let us know what steps you followed and we should spot the issue.
