Floating point support in ARM926ejs

Hi,

I have made a copy of hello sample and added my testcodes to it.
I have also added '#define CONFIGURE_INIT_TASK_ATTRIBUTES
RTEMS_FLOATING_POINT'
before #include <rtems/confdefs.h>
