Problem by installing RTEMS 5.1 on Ubuntu

Thank you very much for your reply. You are right I missed this step. So
now as I'm trying to install the dependency and I have another problem. I
get this error:

I work on Ubuntu 18.04.4. Unfortunately I don't have much experience with
Ubuntu and I tried to find a solution for this error, but didn't succeed.
Maybe you could help me in case you encountered this problem before?
