I think that you have installed the built rtems-tools.git from master
branch into your 5/ prefix, but you need to build and install the
rtems-tools.git/5 branch in order to match the version of the rtems-tools
built to the version of rtems you are using.

I'm not certain if rebuilding and installing from rtems-tools.git/5 branch
will overwrite all the installed files you made from 6. It would be safer
to start over, but you could just try it out to build/install from the 5/
branch of rtems-tools to save time. (This is where using separate prefixes
for building rtems and rtems-tools can be helpful, since you can delete and
reinstall one without touching the other.)
