GSoC contributor introduction (resend)

Hi everyone,



I am Duc (duk3 on Discord), a newly accepted GSoC contributor. I am a rising junior in Electrical and Computer Engineering at WPI, USA. My project is about adding some peripheral (GPIO, ADC, Timer) and lwIP support for the STM32F4 BSP. I look forward to both learning about RTEMS and contribute to it.
