Windows 11 - Compiling toolchain (5.3 and 6)

Hello Chris,

some of our customers use WSL2 with Ubuntu, they reported no issues with 
the RSB build of RTEMS 6.

If you want to build mingw tools, then I would build them on Linux with 
a mingw cross compiler.
