A new issue was found with the current RISC-V implementation in #5383. When the ["Smrnmi" Extension for Resumable Non-Maskable Interrupts](https://docs.riscv.org/reference/isa/priv/rnmi.html#rnmi) is enabled with the Smdbltrp extension and a double exception is detected, the PC will be set to the address of the RNMI trap handler instead of the regular exception trap handler.

We should have a RNMI trap handler
