RTEMS Source Builder | spike does not compile and needs C version set (backport to 6 branch) (#188)

## Summary
The same version of spike is used on the 5, 6, and 7 branches. With recent host OS and compilers, it does not compile because it needs to explicitly include .

This patch spike-1.1.0-add-cstdint.h.diff addresses the issue.

## Steps to reproduce

Build with recent host and gcc.
