Personal Git Repository

At present we do not have any mechanism for providing public git
repositories for RTEMS enthusiasts on git.rtems.org, which contains
the personal repositories for developers with commit access to RTEMS
main repositories.
github allows you to have up to 5 publicly-available personal git
repositories for free. Eventually it would be nice if we can use
github for RTEMS users and developers to collaborate freely. We
started to use it this past summer for the GSOC students.
