arm920 BSP for GDB ARM simulator:

spfatal26.exe - no exit message
block01.exe   - ran OK by hand and VERY quickly. May
                 be a test harness issue.
psxclock01.exe -  requires a real HW clock tick and
                 should be on list of not run with sim
                 clock idle
tmfine01.exe   - ditto on sim clock idle
