Well there are different failures:

/usr/bin/install -c -m 644
/home/joel/rtems-work/rtems/c/src/libchip/i2c/spi-flash-m25p40.h
../../../altcycv_devkit/lib/include/libchip/spi-flash-m25p40.h
/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
‘../../../altcycv_devkit/lib/include/libchip/spi-memdrv.h’: File exists
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644
/home/joel/rtems-work/rtems/c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/shared/startup/linkcmds.base
../../../../.././altcycv_devkit/lib/linkcmds.base
gmake[4]: *** [../../../altcycv_devkit/lib/include/libchip/spi-memdrv.h]
Error 1
gmake[4]: Leaving directory
`/data/home/joel/rtems-work/build/arm/altcycv_devkit.no-posix/arm-rtems4.12/c/altcycv_devkit/libchip'
gmake[3]: *** [preinstall-libchip] Error 1

Looks like something in the -j12 on rtbf64c.
