Disable libnetwork on Epiphany?

And FWIW the epiphany bsp builder configuration is building networking
and I don't think it should. I couldn't find the magic syntax to tell it
not to
try since it already is noted as excluding smp.

Any ideas on that? I am hoping it doesn't take Chris to step in. :)
