Failures from Partial BSP Build Sweep

Hi

Sebastian's fix for testopts seems to have resolved a lot of build
failures. My build is ~220 BSPs in and this is the current set of failure
messages:

FAILED (2)  autoconf build of arm lm3s3749 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/PROFILE)
FAILED (1)  waf build of arm lm3s3749 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/PROFILE)
FAILED (2)  autoconf build of arm lm3s3749 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/NOPROFILE)
FAILED (2)  autoconf build of arm lpc2362 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/PROFILE)
FAILED (1)  waf build of arm lpc2362 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/PROFILE)
FAILED (2)  autoconf build of arm lpc2362 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/NOPROFILE)
FAILED (1)  waf build of arm lpc2362 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/NOPROFILE)
FAILED (1)  waf build of arm lpc23xx_tli800 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/PROFILE)
FAILED (1)  waf build of arm lpc23xx_tli800 (NOSMP/NOMP/DEBUG/NOPROFILE)

Given the timezones, I hope some of those can disappear before I get on in
the morning. :)
