How do you get this information from the documentation?

In case this is something which potentially every CPU port can 
implement, then the implementation interface should be in the _CPU_* 
scope. You may also add something like 
CPU_HAS_EXCEPTION_TO_SIGNAL_MAPPINGS_SUPPORT TRUE/FALSE.
